You own your data. If you'd like to permanently delete your Circles account and everything associated with it, we'll take care of it — no questions asked.
How to request
Send us an email
Email us from the address linked to your Circles account. Include your username if you remember it — this helps us find your account faster. We'll confirm the deletion once it's done.

What gets deleted
Your profile
Your name, photo, and all profile information will be permanently removed.
Your stories
Every story you've posted — photos, videos, and captions — will be deleted.
Your circles
Any circles you created will be dissolved. Members will no longer have access.
Your account data
Login credentials, notification settings, and all account-level data will be erased.
Before you go
This is permanent
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Once we process your request, your data is gone for good.
You'll be removed from all circles
Other members will no longer see your profile or any content you shared with them.
Backups are cleared within 90 days
We may retain encrypted backups for up to 90 days before they are fully purged from our systems.
